Para su recolección se utilizan perros y cerdos por su excelente olfato. El precio se sitúa en torno a los 600 Euros el kilo ya que es un manjar muy apreciado y por lo complicado de su recolección, este año es bueno debido a las lluvias estivales. Para mí, las mejores son los boletus, las amanitas y las trufas pero de estas últimas ya hablaremos en otra ocasión. Pero que sepáis que el  plato de nízcalos (lactarius deliciosus) me lo abroché sin contemplaciones.
